From where are products shipped?

From Jakarta, Indonesia.

What are the benefits from shopping at tuttitutto.id?

You can easily find the product you want and buy it. 
We offer a lots of array of products, tops from tunics, shirt, shirt dress, blouse, also bottoms like skirts, pants, and also dresses.

Does tuttitutto.id has a retail store?

Unfortunately for now we only sell online.

Do I have to create an account to shop at tuttitutto.id?

No, you can shop without create an account but it is more convenient to have an account as you do not have to enter your personal details for every order.

Am I able to change my password?

Yes, you can change your password by simply Login to your tuttitutto.id account, and select ‘Change Password’ on your tuttitutto.id dashboard. It is that simple.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

You can go to the ‘Login’ page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and it will direct you to enter your email address. Fill the email address then we will send the password to that email address.

How do I search for a specific item at the site tuttitutto.id?

Is there a minimum purchase amount at tuttitutto.id?

There is no minimum purchase at tuttitutto.id

We currently accept payment through Gopay, Bank transfer, and Credit card

Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) at tuttitutto.id?

No. We will ship your order after full payment has been made.

Do I have to send confirmation of payment?

No. You don't have to confirm the payment. The system will do it automatically.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you will receive an Order Confirmation to your email. 

How do I know which is the right size?

We have provided you with Size Guide chart as a guidance for the correct size.

What if the item received does not match my order?

If this happens, you can contact our Shopping Assistant to arrange for an exchange.  You may return and exchange the item. Please refer to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ menu.  Please note that this only applies to items that is wrongly sent. You can not exchange with other style or color.

How do I know which items are in stock?

All items on tuttitutto.id are in stock, unless specified on the product details.

What are the methods of shipping available at tuttitutto.id?

We currently only work with one logistic company JNE for Indonesia shipments and Pos Indonesia for International Buyer. 

Does tuttitutto.id accept phone orders?

No. Products can only be ordered via website to ensure the correct items purchased

Where does tuttitutto.id ship to?

We ship worldwide. 

Does tuttitutto.id offer shipping service outside Indonesia?

Yes, we offer shipping service outside Indonesia. You may contact our Shopping Assistant for further information.

Does tutttitutto.id process order on Sunday and Public/ National Holiday?

We will process your order from Monday through Friday (09.00 - 17.30 WIB) and Saturday (08.00 – 12.00 WIB). When you place an order on Sunday and Public/National Holiday, it will be processed the next working day.
